Zain Shah5 StarWOW! The staff are all excellent in all positions from the receptionist to technicians. After been referred to by a few local garages I have nothing but good things to say about the entire Cartronix team! In order to receive the quickest service I decided to drop off my BMW 3 series cluster on Thursday night, the staff there had handled my issue by 12pm on the Friday. well worth the hour and a half travel there to receive the best customer service I have had in a long time.

Ray Castle5 StarRang them on Monday for a price and posting advice. Sent it that afternoon. The following day they rang and said the repair was done so I paid them. My instrument cluster arrived back with me on Wednesday afternoon.

Sean Fazackerley5 StarMy Audi A4 had an immobiliser fault which, after a bit of googling, appeared to be related to the cluster. A quick call to Cartronix confirmed that this was the likely cause so I removed the cluster and posted it to them on Tuesday. They called me on Wednesday to confirm it was fixed and to take payment. The cluster was back with me on Thursday. I reinstalled it in the car and it fired right up.
