susan rowe5 StarWe were very pleased to find Niall of EBR Electrics as we needed some advice on our hall lighting. He was very helpful professional and approachable. Our quote was received very promptly and good value. He also carried out the works promptly with new dimmer switches installed in our hall and some new sockets, and switches. He also replaced all our kitchen sockets and provided us with an EICR Report. We are very pleased with the end result so thank you Niall for your good quality work.Sunday 6th February 2022

The price was really affordable and he was friendly and helpful, offering advice on how to avoid further repair work.

Nicky Greenwood5 StarElliott was prompt friendly and efficient . There were external power supply issues that he discovered whilst checking electrics for a safety certificate and he had to return to complete this. I spent much of the rest of the day waiting to speak to someone at Eon and was passed about. In desperation I called Elliott's manager Niall, who spoke to me on the phone that evening and advised who I need to call (Scottish and Southern Electric) and what to say as it was an urgent situation. It was resolved overnight and Niall maintained contact to ensure all was well. It was so very helpful to speak to someone who genuinely wanted to help me resolve the issue and went the extra mile to do this out of work hours. It was very much appreciated.Tuesday 20th July 2021
