catherine boulting5 StarA really super service where I had no hot water or heating for some time as the boiler had broken. Came round immediately provided a great consultation with options, no pressure and once I had made up my mind came immediately to install. The boiler works fantastically, is silent and responds to the programming and any adhoc alterations required i.e. turns off if the windows are open or if I leave the house.Saturday 13th November 2021
doc ig1 StarPlanned to take out one the service plan with this company, had the initial inspection carried out and now it’s been more than month, still awaiting to hear from them regarding the contract.
Made multiple contact with them still no satisfactory repose.
Now given up as not reliable and not professional.

Ollie and Sam who installed the boiler worked so hard and they were so friendly and polite. Sam came back to finish everything off. Every time I spoke to anyone on reception they were so friendly and helpful. Really flawless all round, I could not recommend Gair Gas more highly.Thursday 15th April 2021
