Not only was he very professional but he did not fluster etc when his computer froze 3 times essentially not allowing him to proceed. He fully explained your companies services and deals. He did not push any of the services just explained their benefits. We booked the repair for my duel fuel cooker. Considering this young man has been with your company for 2 weeks and it's his 2nd day in the phones he will be a definite asset to your team/company. Well done Tony! Steve Baker1 StarOriginal service when booking the engineer was ok. Got quoted then £239 to repair dishwasher so paid for a new one to be installed instead. Once I did this the service was appalling and I ended up cancelling and getting my money back. Last person I spoke to was incredibly unhelpful and quite rude. Not at any point did anyone try to resolve the issue and no one even bothered to try and stop me cancelling my order. Would never use them again.Wednesday 24th February 2021
