T J LeRoy5 StarThe staff here are VERY helpful and will go that extra mile to make sure you get great service. I had my mot done here. Despite being really busy nothing was too much trouble. I thoroughly recommend this place. It's just a shame they don't have a waiting room as there is not much around apart from a few builders shops.

Luiz Possamai1 StarHad TWO bad experiences taking my van to this garage. Few months ago to fixed the hand brake they have broken the arm rest and didn't tell anything. Last week took the van to replace the bearings (couldn't find any other place available) and on next day I had ABS error on dashboard and the power steering system pipe damage causing oil spill. Came back to complain and after few excuses they want to charge me £1.800 to fix it. Lost 3 days off work because of this. At the end had to expend £450 somewhere else to fix it.Thursday 30th September 2021

Ruby Fialho1 StarHorrific experience here today. Arrived for my MOT, walked into the office to be greeted by a member of staff telling me that my car is going to fail due to the number plates in a very bitter and nasty tone. I have private plates in my car but this has not been an issue for 4+ years of having the car, I have never experienced any issues. Not only did he not even come out and look at my plates before his rude comment, he didn’t even look up from the computer screen when talking to me about the issue. Sadly he continued to be rude and unhelpful, and I didn’t stay for my MOT as I felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable with this man, as a young girl just needed an MOT on my car this was not an environment I felt safe in. I will never use their services again. If you do visit, avoid Alan, who sadly caused all of this.Thursday 2nd September 2021
