Just left Halfords for an oil change for van I just bought two weeks ago. Came out with several dents on passenger panel door. Very disappointed. First time this has happened to any on the five vehicles I have owned. Shame as I used Halfords from Brighton to Surrey to now Lymington Hampshire. Halfords have good service and good phone manners. Let's see what the manager Lee says tomorrow. May have to settle in small claims. The guy on the phone who set up the appointment was friendly.

It's supposed to be 4.74*, as no possibility to score different areas of business. Not really have in the stock oil for my car. As a repair garage and popular manufacturer of car (Citroen), you can expect that they will have. I don't receive offer of oil from the tap of big barrel (guys charge me for liter of bottled oil... More improvisation, please) Guy on the reception, very high level of knowledge, but sharing it in way that you will feel as newborn, making first steps in life. I felt a bit pressed in to the mud in the shallow pond. Sharing of knowledge suppose to be in way that customer is the partner in the conversion not pupil in XIX century school. I received info where I can find product which I was looking for. Unfortunately guy mentioned only Halfords... Congratulations for promoting brand, but if I'm asking for engine oil that's mean that I need top-up it ASAP, not driving another 10-15 miles. Will consider to use this place to service my car. As I have good experience with the other branch. My friends servicing theirs cars at that one, and I have quite good feedback about them. But really so far I will came with diagnosis from other workshop to check availability and prices (usually higher that in independent car mechanic). BTW guys, do you have experienced electrician on board? Asking for future references, as I'm my Bumblebee is Frenchie 🤪

Can't praise the Lymington branch of Halfords enough. They look after our family vechicles for just about everything including, of course, the MOTs. Even when they are stretched they are always available to offer good, honest advice. Thank you.
