Heather Farquharson3 StarI booked this MOT c. 6 months ago, and a week before it was due I received a phone call to say that they had to cancel it due to part of the MOT machine being fixed. I luckily managed to get a booking for the day before it was originally booked.
The MOT itself was fine but the man behind the screen should perhaps have some training in communicating with customers. Being there 2 minutes ‘late’ does not justify my MOT being pushed back by an hour.Tuesday 2nd November 2021
