Couldn't recommend the lovely Graham and his services enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to family and friends. He was fantastic from the first call. A very lovely and highly knowledgeable gentleman who ever so kindly managed to fit me in at short notice to help me out of a bad situation - a bit of a Sherlock Holmes of figuring out problems and finding a solution! He explained everything very clearly, could answer any question I had and took everything I said or asked into account and gave me solid advice too. A huge thank you again, Graham!

Fantastic service provided by Graham right from the initial phone call. Came round and sorted the small fly infestation in the same day. Explained everything really clearly and prices were really reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate at using again or indeed recommending to friends and family!

I contacted Graham and explained i had an infestation of cat fleas. He returned my call very promptly. Following an inspection call-out i was given a quotation well within my budget and Graham explained the procedure in full. He is a very personable man, extremely knowledgeable and profession and did a brilliant job. I would not hesitate to recommend Graham if you are in a fix due to pests as i was.

Excellent service. Can’t recommend highly enough. Graham is extremely professional and knowledgeable, reliable, punctual and a very nice gentleman. The job was to remove rodents from under the floorboards which was not a nice task, but he did it admirably and as he described in his very detailed estimate. In fact I chose Graham because of his nice personality and demeanour, and the detail of his estimate. One of his competitors’ quotes was pitiful in comparison basically saying they would just remove the rodents. Not explaining how, or the process, which when it is such an upheaval in your home, is important. So far so good with the procedure. Still more to be done, but I am very happy indeed with Graham’s help and service. Excellent work. 5 star.

Absolutely Legendary service, came out within hours to have a look at our chimney as we heard bees buzzing at the top, came up with a custom solution on his drive to us and managed to deal with an issue that could have costed us a bomb, amazingly polite and friendly would recommend to absolutely everyone!
