The team from infinity energy where incredible from the first call to the delivery and commissioning of my rood integrated solar system, telsa powerwall and myenergi solution – with everyone operating at the highest level of professionalism. If like me you did not have a detailed knowledge of Solar and Battery systems then you need a consultative approach backed up by both depth of knowledge, integrity and passion for energy saving. The team at Infinity have all of these qualities and the system was delivered in a total of two days by a team of incredible trade professionals - I cant recommend them enough to anyone

Infinity added a Tesla Powerwall and gateway to my existing solar setup back in March 2020. Throughout the process the communication was great, the delivery and installation all went to plan and was performed to a great standard and once in and operational they dealt with the DNO paperwork and process to up my battery output to the full 5KW. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We chose Infinity Energy Services to install solar panels & a battery after looking at 3 suppliers. They were very helpful at quotation, patiently providing us with alternatives as the project evolved. We were very appreciative that at no stage was there any pressure to commit until we were ready. The installation was done to a very high standard, in marked contrast to some previous electrical work by another contractor (which they ended up rectifying). No effort was spared to position everything where we wanted, & where it mattered, cabling was invisible despite the extra time involved. Even their scaffolders were top notch. They were a pleasure to work with, starting & finishing on time & leaving everything clean & tidy. The system is now working beautifully, although the sun has shone almost continuously since they left! We have no hesitation in recommending them - unusually in this day & age there was little to fault.

Infinity installed 28 solar panels for us and a Tesla battery. We could not be more impressed with the service. The initial survey was done by their managing director who was persuaded to climb onto the roof which enabled an extra 6 solar panels to be fitted on part of the roof not easily seen. The installation was on time, by a very friendly helpful crew, who were very COVID secure. The result is well above our expectations on electricity generation, we charged our car today, February, in the rain all from the solar panels. We thought about a week after the installation that we had a problem. Infinity is small and their managing director was not well, but this did not stop him diagnosing our problems remotely, electric surges, and getting the electricity board round. The fault was nothing to do with Infinity but something to do with the line into our house. This was put right and had the effect of curing a problem we had had for about a year on our internet, a bonus. A really reliable and helpful firm who are very professional Robin Bayford
