Friendly, great advice, spent time explaining lots of different options, before sale, and use after fitting. Went for removable tow bar unit plus Thule rack. Had to return to Phil Taylor Towbars today to investigate a problem with the electrics on my towbar. Phil's team were all over it in minutes and got me sorted in a very short space of time. I can't recommend this company enough. Their service and products are excellent. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and always make sure you are a happy customer at the end of the day.
