They are currently replacing the shower screen of the bathroom en-suite. Engineer had a problem with door panel. Supplier gave the wrong size. It has been 2 weeks we cannot use the shower cause engineer has disassembled & realized later on of the problem. Keep on calling Safehouse & via my property manager. Reason for two weeks now is that engineer cannot get hold of the supplier. Strange for not to get hold of your supplier for 2 weeks. They don’t call you so either me or property manager calls them. Glass panels of the old & nee shower screens are just leaning inside the shower. Quite dangerous too. Another glass panel leaning on the wall which keeps on shaking when trucks pass by cause we are near a depot.

I had a serious blockage under my kitchen sink. And Safe House sent Lee to resolve the issue. Lee was very friendly, professional and resolved the problem very quickly. He had all the necessary tools and it was clear he knew what he had to do. I highly recommend Safe House and Lee’s services!

they dont give appointments and make you wait all day. they come up with phoney reasons for delay. why do I have to wait all day for an engineer to arrive at 7.30 pm. the engineers were nice and friendly people. why cant they give appoinements, even approximate ones?
