Spencer is a very competent electrician, I was extremely satisfied with the work he did for us. Initially he had done an electrical inspection and gave us a report detailing work to be done to correct about 15 C2 and C3 faults. He returned at a later date to do the required work and the invoice he gave us for the work was exactly the same amount as he had quoted to us following the inspection. All in all it was a very good experience.

We wanted to change our 20+ year old Consumer unit and asked for some quotes. Spencer responded quickly with a competitive price. After discussion with Spencer and asking for his advice, I changed the choice of unit to ensure future proofing. Spencer was able to carry out the work within days of our conversation. He was very professional, arrived spot on time, did a very good job, tidying up and removing unnesessary wiring and additional old redundant box. Spencer was a pleasure to have in our house, and clearly knows his stuff. Without asking, he labelled our 15 RCBO's, and left our house very clean and tidy. We will not hesitate to use Spencer for any future electrical needs, and would recomend him to anybody looking to get electrical work done.

I engaged Spencer to install an EV charger at my home.He surveyed the location, provided me with an acceptable quote and installed the charger as promised. Problems arose because the charger required a connection to the internet via WiFi but the unit itself could not connect despite the strong signals immediately adjacent to the charger. Spencer spent a considerable amount of time and effort, including changing the charger unit, to try and get to the bottom of the problem. It turns out that the charger unit was unable to decide which WiFi signals it wanted to choose so decided on none of them. It was only when an comms specialist joined in and recognised the issue that the problem was fixed. None of this was Spencer's fault but he lived by the price quoted despite it taking twice as much time. For me, this above all, defines Spencer as one of the best. He's also pretty knowledgeable on the latest applicable standards. I would have no hesitation to recommend him for any electrical work.
