Clare Pantaleo1 StarI took my car in because the wipers weren't working. I was told it would be the linkage they did not give me a quote but I ask for one so I wouldn't be stuck with a high bill. An hour and half later I got a call saying all done £90, I said £90 for an hrs work. I asked then to remove what they had done, and they said I could take the car back in about an HR. I turned up about 10mins later and said I'm assuming I can take my car now, he said yes! So basically they wanted to charge me £90 for something that they didn't do but would probably take them 10mins to do if I agreed to pay £90 for. Absolutely disgustingMonday 15th January 2024
